Description
The KMK Virtual System is a local user management tool designed for small businesses. It allows for the creation and management of user accounts with defined roles. The system utilizes a three-tiered rank structure: Owners, who possess complete control; Administrators, who are responsible for adding and managing user accounts; and Members, who represent the standard users within the system. Administrators have the capability to add new users, assign them a role, and manage their login credentials.
All user data, including usernames, assigned ranks, and login details, is stored locally on the designated computer or a connected USB drive. This approach ensures data privacy and provides direct control over user access information. The KMK Virtual System aims to provide a simple and effective solution for managing employee access within a small business environment without the complexities of cloud-based or networked user management systems and the best part is that it's all free.
